Sizing Issues / Mislabeled Items
We do not offer exchanges for different sizes or colors. Each product listing includes a sizing chart to help you choose the right fit before ordering.
If you believe your item was mislabeled with the wrong size, contact us within 7 days through our Customer Support Form or email support@bigdripedu.com with:

If a labeling error is confirmed, we’ll send the correct item at no cost or issue a refund.
